Copyright in Brandi Joy Wiggins’s original artwork and original written content is reserved to the artist, except where expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Other materials, including third-party photographs, fonts, and software, remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and applicable licenses.

Reproduction and licensing

Except as permitted by law or an applicable license, artwork and original content may not be reproduced, adapted, published, distributed, or used on merchandise or in commercial promotions without prior written permission from the rights holder. Please contact the studio for reproduction, publication, press-image, collaboration, and licensing requests.

Purchasing an original or print

Purchasing an original painting or print transfers ownership of the physical item. It does not, by itself, transfer copyright or reproduction, merchandise, or licensing rights. Any grant of those rights must be addressed separately in writing.
