This notice explains how Brandi Joy Art handles information through this website and studio inquiries.

Inquiries and collector requests

The inquiry form uses the name, email address, artwork selection, and message you enter to prepare an email in your browser. Preparing, copying, or downloading a message does not send it to the studio. The studio receives it when you choose to send it through your email provider. Form entries are not saved by the website between visits.

If you email the studio, your contact details and correspondence are used to respond, discuss artwork or services, and maintain related studio records. A collector-list request is made by email; it is not an automatic subscription. Request removal from future studio updates at any time by emailing the studio.

Saved artworks and browser storage

The Saved Works feature stores artwork identifiers in local storage on your device. It does not require an account and is not sent to the studio by this feature. Remove individual works using their heart buttons, or clear this website’s site data in your browser settings to remove the entire saved list. Clearing site data may reset your preferences.

Hosting and other services

The site does not currently include studio-added advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Google Search Console is used to monitor the site’s presence in search results; it is not an analytics script installed on this website. Hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, and access times, to deliver and protect the site.

Email providers process messages you choose to send. Links to Instagram and other external websites are governed by those services’ privacy policies.

Information handling and your choices

Studio correspondence is kept as needed to handle inquiries, transactions, ongoing relationships, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please avoid including sensitive personal or payment information in an inquiry. For questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact the studio. Some records may need to be retained to complete a transaction or meet legal obligations.

This notice will be updated when the website’s features or information practices change.
